WARRANTY POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you encounter any problems with any of our products or service, please contact us immediately. We specifically look for sustainable, local, premium products, however nature is never perfect!

Fresh products including trees, wreaths, and garland, must be properly maintained to last throughout the holiday season. Please refer to our care instructions. Trees must be maintained with water after delivery to keep them fresh throughout the holiday season. Notify us within 48 hours if you have any issues with your tree. Once brought indoors, trees begin to age.

If you experience a problem, please contact us at CustomerService@CityTreeDelivery.com. We will work with you on an individual basis to remedy the situation. We will not guarantee products that show signs of buyer negligence.

Our LED lights carry a 3 year limited manufacturers warranty.

Our Cinco Express stands come with a 10 year limited manufacturer's warranty.
