We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you encounter any problems with any of our products, please contact us immediately. We only offer sustainable premium products, however nothing is perfect.

Fresh products including trees, wreaths, and garland, must be properly maintained to last throughout the holiday season. Please refer to our care instructions. Trees must be maintained with water after delivery to keep them fresh throughout the Holiday Season.

If you experience a problem, please contact us at CustomerService@CityTreeDelivery.com. We will work with you on an individual basis to remedy the situation. We will not guarantee products that show signs of buyer negligence.

Our LED lights carry a 3 year limited manufacturers warranty. Please click here for the details. Our Cinco Express stands come with a 10 year limited manufacturer's warranty.
