New 2025Β We will soon be offering limited quantity mail order Christmas trees up to 8ft tall to the 48 Continental States. These will ship in a box via Fed Ex or UPS and must be ordered over the phone while we are testing this market.Β  Accessories maybe included with the tree. Additional details to follow. Trees will ship on Mon/Tue/Wed each week with an estimated 1 - 4 days of transit time.Β 

ALLΒ orders that do not contain a full-size tree are subject to a $25 delivery charge.Β

  • $34.95 for curbside removal
  • $54.95 for inside home removalΒ

Removal purchase after Christmas is subjectΒ to limited availability and price increase.

  • $99.90 for inside home removal (If tree was purchased from City Tree)

    SomeoneΒ 18 years or older must sign for the delivery.

    InΒ the event you are not home, please list a detailed safe location where our crew should leave the tree. ThisΒ could include a porch, in the front yard, at a neighbor’s house, etc. WhenΒ permission is granted in advance, doormen frequently allow our staff in condo units. IfΒ no options are listed, our delivery crews will be required to come back another day to deliver the tree. If we are unable to leave your order or must make multiple delivery attempts, you will be charged a $25 re-delivery fee.

    AtΒ City Tree Delivery, we pride ourselves in 100% customer satisfaction. WeΒ accept returns of unopened and re-sellable items for a full refund up until Christmas Day. UnfortunatelyΒ we cannot accept returns on trees, garland, wreaths, or tree packages. We will work with the customer on an individual basis to remedy any problems that may arise. If you have any concerns about the quality of your tree, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.Β
