DELIVERY & REMOVAL OVERVIEW            

EXPECTATIONS
  • In-home delivery is included in the tree price. (Tree set-up is additional charge)
  • Delivery/removal dates and shifts are selected at checkout.
  • In Home / Oversized removal requires the tree to be purchased from us. 
  • We will text or email a 3hr window within your designated shift one day prior to delivery/removal, pending your SMS notifications are active.
  • Our crew will call and/or text on the way.  Please watch for missed calls / text messages on delivery/removal day.
  • The delivery driver will unload and give the tree a fresh cut prior to in-home delivery (trimming about 1/2" off the bottom of the tree to help with freshness/water absorption).

TERMS OF SERVICE
  • Full-sized tree purchase is required in order to have other City Tree products delivered to your home.
  • Our liability is limited to the order purchase price.
  • With your purchase, you are opting in to our email notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, you will NOT receive delivery or removal updates. This does not apply to transactional emails, such as an order confirmation.
