REFERRAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In January, 2024, City Tree Delivery will assess which City Tree Delivery clients had referrals use a referral code with their first-time purchase of a 5' tree, or taller, from City Tree. Each qualifying purchase will earn the referral code issuer their choice of a $10 One Off Hospitality gift card or a $10 donation to our Karma Fund. If for any reason, a client does not accept their winnings within 30 days of notification, the allowable proceeds will be donated to the Karma Fund.
Information on linking you to any City Tree customers that you refer will be sent to you via text and/or email approximately 3 days after your City Tree is delivered.
Gift Certificates for referrers cannot and will not be issued until January 2024 after the delivery and removal season is complete so cumulative referrals can be tallied.
City Tree Delivery is not affiliated with One Off Hospitality or any of their associated restaurants. We have previously collaborated with Big Star Tacos via our tree lots, but any/all outdoor tree sales are NOT taking place for the 2023 season. We're happy and proud to support other local businesses when able!
