Our commitment

City Tree Delivery wants every customer to be able to shop with us, book a delivery and get help easily, including people with disabilities. We are working to make citytreedelivery.com accessible and easy to use for everyone.

What we are doing

  • We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our guide when we build and update the site.
  • We review new pages for readable text, clear headings, image descriptions and keyboard navigation.
  • We fix accessibility issues as we find them or as customers report them.

Known limits

Some parts of the site, such as checkout and certain apps and embedded content, are provided by outside companies. We work with them on accessibility, but we do not control everything they provide.

If any part of the site is hard to use, we are happy to help you place your order, choose a tree or schedule delivery and removal by phone or email.

If you run into a barrier on our site, please tell us the page and what happened. We read every message and will respond within two business days during our season.
