Tree Removal — Tree Purchase Required

Tree removal is an optional, paid service and is not included in your tree purchase.

  • Before December 26: All removal bookings—including curbside, in-home, and oversized—require a tree purchased from City Tree Delivery. Removal orders placed without a qualifying tree purchase will be cancelled.
  • In-home and oversized removal: Available only for trees purchased from City Tree Delivery, regardless of when removal is booked.

Limited curbside exception starting December 26: Curbside removal for trees purchased elsewhere may be purchased subject to capacity and seasonal pricing. We do not accept advance bookings for this standalone service.

  • Core Chicago delivery is available seven days a week. See the map below.
  • Service in suburban areas and Northwest/Southeast Chicago is available on select days each week.
  • Just outside our service area? Contact us to check availability.
  • Routes are planned by neighborhood. Specific arrival-time requests cannot be guaranteed.
