New in 2025, In Home and Oversized tree removal is only available with the purchase of your tree from City Tree. 

- Before December 26: Removal service is only offered when paired with a City Tree purchase. Orders placed without a tree will be cancelled.

- Starting December 26:Curbside removal may be purchased as a standalone service (subject to capacity and updated seasonal pricing).

  • We offer delivery and removal services to both Core Chicago and Suburban zip codes
  • Core Chicago delivery 7 days a week, see map below
  • Suburban & Northwest/Southeast Chicago are limited to select days each week
  • Routes are planned by neighborhood and specific time requests are not guaranteed

Suburbs, Southeast and Northwest Chicago

We offer delivery/removal services outside of our Core Chicago zone (map below) on select dates based on geographic area.

  • West (TUESDAYS/SATURDAYS): Oak Park, River Forest, Elmhurst, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Western Springs, La Grange
  • Northwest (WEDNESDAYS/SUNDAYS): Chicago including Park Ridge, Glenview, Morton Grove, Niles, Northbrook, Northfield
  • North (THURSDAYS/SUNDAYS): Evanston, Glencoe, Highland Park, Kenilworth, Lincolnwood, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka, Lake Forest
  • Southeast Chicago (FRIDAYS/SATURDAYS): Along Lake Shore Drive - Roosevelt south to Bronzeville/Hyde Park
