By purchasing a tree online, you opt in to delivery notifications and minimal direct email regarding purchases. You may opt out by replying to text/email, however this may impact communication during delivery/removal procedures.

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from City Tree shoppers:

  • Shipping/Billing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Credit/Debit Card Information

     

    Credit/Debit Card information is NOT stored by City Tree Delivery.

    All processing is handled at the Shopify level.

    • We do not use your information for anything other than process payments and direct communications with you.
    • We will not provide your information to anyone outside of our organization.
