REFERRAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In January 2025, City Tree Delivery will review the referrer names provided when any new customer made a first-time purchase of a 5' tree, or taller.  Each qualifying purchase will earn the referrer a $10 One Off Hospitality gift card or a $10 donation to our Karma Fund.

Upon notification of the referral, we ask that the referrer acknowledge their request for a gift card within 30 days, or the donation will be sent to the Karma Fund instead.  Gift certificates for referrers will be issued in January 2025 after the delivery and removal season is complete, to ensure that all referrals have been recorded.

City Tree Delivery is not affiliated with One Off Hospitality or any of their associated restaurants. We have previously collaborated with Big Star Tacos via our tree lots, but we will not be offering outdoor tree sales in the 2024 season. We're always happy and proud to support local businesses!
