BALSAM FIRS (Premium) have dark-green needles and are known for their strong, fresh scent often used in candles. They grow faster than Fraser trees, resulting in fuller width and shape at smaller heights. The branches may not support heavier ornaments, but they are softer and more flexible. 

FRASER FIRS (Premium) have a beautiful shape, strong branches, and two-tone dark green needles with a silver sparkle underneath. They retain their needles well throughout the holiday season and have a mild Christmas scent. They grow slower and are more slender than Balsam trees at shorter heights.

Tree Setup - $29.95:  Putting tree in stand, watering, removing netting, and basic clean up (sweep).  

Tree Removal/Recycling is not included. We strongly recommend ordering it here at the time of purchase. The price increases after Christmas and is subject to availability. 

Tree stands are not included and must be purchased or supplied by customer. We strongly recommend Cinco Express Stands as many 3rd party stands are not stable, hold limited water, and are difficult to adjust. Lights decoration is not included in tree setup.

*If at any time your tree appears unstable or is leaning, please contact us immediately. As a tree settles or possibly gets bumped by people/pets, it may shift over time and need adjustments to stabilize it. We are more than happy to send a crew over for a safety check.*

*We do not offer tree rentals or potted trees, however we are able to deliver a tree and pick it up prior to Christmas.*

DELIVERY/REMOVAL

• We text a 3 hour window within your shift 1 day prior to delivery
• Routes are planned by neighborhood and specific time request are not guaranteed
• Delivery dates/shifts are selected at checkout
• Suburban delivery & removal must take place on the date corresponding with your neighborhood (see map)
