New in 2025, In Home and Oversized tree removal is only available with the purchase of your tree from City Tree.

Purchases Before December 26: Removal service is only offered when paired with a City Tree purchase. Orders placed without a tree will be cancelled.

We confirm a 2-3 hour removal timeslot via text/email/call at least 1 day in advance of tree removal. Please respond upon receipt to confirm timeslot.
In-Home Tree Removal includes taking the tree out of the stand, and removing it from the house. Our delivery crew will perform a basic sweep of the area around the tree. Curbside Removal includes picking up the tree from outside your residence and taking it to get mulched. In Chicago, we take your tree to the recycling facility. For the suburbs, the tree will be placed on your curb / trash location to be properly disposed using the townships program.
Neither service includes taking off ornaments, lights, etc.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING REMOVAL AT THE TIME OF TREE PURCHASE. Removal orders placed after Christmas are pending capacity and the price of removal will increase. Please have all lights, ornaments, etc. removed from your tree prior to our arrival. Light removal must be purchased separately from installation for $9.95 per strand.

We will provide a Christmas tree to a family in an underserved community. Contributions of any amount are appreciated and will be pooled. For example, a $50 contribution will go towards the cost of a tree. Any remaining balance from the donation will be used to purchase goods needed to help the community such as gloves, shoes, coats, toys, school supplies, etc.

We partnered with one of our favorite local farms to exclusively hand make natural goats milk soap infused with mixed our Christmas green needles and oils.
Note: Our soap is currently being produced in small batches. The images below do not reflect the actual soap as our soap will be infused with tree needles providing additional texture.
The soap is made with Verdant Farms Animal Welfare Approved goats milk and oils infused with our pine and fir needles/oils. It's perfectly scented to bring the holiday season in your house while keeping your hands clean. It's great for sensitive winter skin and is Palm oil free.
