Our 10ft+ trees are ordered in very limited quantity and offered to prior year customers first. We must coordinate delivery as they don't fit in our standard delivery truck and usually require a 3rd person. We confirm a 2-3 hour delivery timeslot via text/email/call at least 1 day in advance of tree removal. Please respond upon receipt to confirm timeslot.

$34.95 10ft+ Tree Setup Includes: Putting tree in stand, watering, removing netting, and basic clean up (sweep).

DISCLAIMERS

If a customer is unhappy with their tree, we have limited and sometimes no replacements to trade/swap. We will work with you on an individual basis to rectify the situation.
All 10ft+ trees must be installed using our large Cinco express stand or a comparable commercial/large trees stand.
The standard tree price includes delivering the tree inside your home, but does NOT include tree setup or tree removal.
We strongly recommend purchasing tree removal at the time of order from the products page. Tree Removal purchased after Christmas is subject to availability and a price increase.
Oversize tree stands must be purchased or supplied by customer.
If at any time your tree appears unstable or is leaning, please contact us immediately. As a tree settles or possibly gets bumped by people/pets, it may shift over time and need adjustments to stabilize it. We are more than happy to send a crew over for a safety check.
Lights decoration is NOT included.
