Tree Removal/Recycling is NOT automatically included with your City Tree purchase.
In-Home removal for core Chicago zip codes includes removal of the tree from your home and disposal at one of the city tree drop locations.
In-Home removal for suburbs consists of removing the tree from your home and leaving it on the curb to be properly disposed of by the local municipality.
Upon arrival, the delivery crew will remove the tree from the stand. All ornaments and lights should be removed prior to the removal date.
Tree removal pricing will double if the order is placed after the Christmas holiday. Please remember to order in advance! We are available through the chat if you'd like to amend your order to add the removal.
