Please email customerservice@citytreedelivery.com or reply to your order confirmation to change your delivery date or to change from Curbside to In Home removal. 

Removals run Dec 27 to Dec 29 and Jan 2 to Jan 10.  You will receive a 3 hour removal window the day prior to removal via text or email. Drivers will notify you in advance if they are running early via call/text. Let them know if you can't accommodate the change.

Safety is our number one concern, in extreme weather, we may need to reschedule your removal to the next available date or if they are running slow removal may occur outside the delivery window.
