ORDERS FOR BIG STAR PICKUP
1) Please indicate approximate pickup date in "Comments" section at checkout"
2) If you are having problems checking out, confirm your shipping address is within our delivery zone. If you are picking up your tree, put in the Big Star address as the Ship Address (it defaults to your entered address)
3) Show the City Tree employee your email confirmation receipt at the time of pickup
4) Pickup must take place when City Tree is open. We close during poor weather.
LOTS OPEN AFTER THANKSGIVING
- Sat/Sun: 9am-9pm,
- Mon & Fri: 12-9pm,
- Tue/Wed/Thu: 4-9pm
- Sun: 11am - 7pm,
- Mon to Fri: 3pm - 9pm,
- Sat 11am - 9pm
For delivery/tree removal, an approximate 3 hour time slot window will be provided the evening prior to delivery via text. Every effort will be made for special requests, however, these cannot be guaranteed.
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY (MUST INCLUDE A TREE)
Select your delivery date by adding the "Lot Delivery - Trees up to 10ft" product to your order.
- You must live in the delivery zone (click here for delivery map).
- Add the "Tree setup product if you would like us to put the tree in the stand, water it, perform a basic sweep, and remove the netting.
Select your removal/recycling date by adding the "Tree Removal up to 10ft" product to your order. Choose either "Curbside removal" or "In Home tree removal"
- Order tree removal BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
- The price of removal significantly increases after Christmas and may not even be available
